Our Story
Feasible Plastics is one of the emerging small businesses within the plastic molding industry situated in Rosslyn Industrial Area.
Feasible Plastics was founded in February 2020 as an idea relevant to plastic manufacturing industry. In the same year, Feasible Plastics tried to assemble a team that would understand the concept value without being paid. It was the darkest time because we didn’t have capital. it was difficult to make people understand how could a business become successful without capital. In a team of 20 people that were assembled to structure the business, we ended up having 3 individuals left. We didn’t give up, because we believed in the concept value we had, we kept marketing ourselves until we got a small deal that sustained us financially to get stipend as we worked voluntarily in the business. Because of our persistence, in 2021 we were awarded monetary value as high-impact start-up business by the Durban Automotive Cluster. Feasible Plastics also elaborates that Pioneer Plastics assisted with financial support focusing on marketing segment expansion that helped to attract more clients and the monthly financial covering of overheads.
David Bolayi notes that without the support they received from Pioneer Plastics (Pty) Ltd during the COVID-19 Lockdown, Feasible Plastics would have closed down before they even started.
